Messing around with the Dr. Jekyll Deluxe Chemistry set I received for Christmas the other day and my daughter snapped some photos......

The cat appears to be better groomed.
I tried a tongue bath. It didn't work on MY whiskers! What can I say?

He's not crosseyed - but he is dumb as a post. In a human way. For a cat - well he is 100% hunter. Never before have we shared quarters with such a huntscat. If he isn't stalking something, he's chasing it or chewing it after the catch. I need to photo his really cool leg markings - a real throwback to his roots.
Our 2 cats are dumb.
The only productive thing they do is fill up the litter box.
They would run away from a mouse.
Don't like to sit with you.
Don't like to be petted.
Will not go back into their area when asked. (We have a unfinshed basement and thats their area)
We have had a lot of cats. Other than one, I would be happy to have never had any of them....
My carpet would be in better shape too...

Cats really aren't good for anything. But my 3 girls all wanted one.....so what's a testosterone repressed dad-like guy to do?

I know where your coming from...
My wife, 2 daughters wanted cats. So we get 2 female ones...
So I'm out numbered 4 females to me..
With my luck, our 4 goldfish are female.

here is a pic of me at broder meadow in the southern sierras
Day by day he is calming down. He still has a lot of kitten in him - but he's a good cat. He is quite fastidious. Also - he let my youngest daughter put a collar, a hat, and a halter harness on him for the photo - so he is mellow sometimes.
PS Since no one asked - my ears really don't look like that.
Does your cat keep the beavers out of your yard/garden ??
Pablo, you need a big dog, a German or Belgian Shepherd would do the trick. Trust me.
