OCI Services Question

My 2004 Toyota Sequoia is nearly the end of its second OCI with GC. The first OCI was around 7,500 miles with a nearly perfect UOA and now I'm just a few hundred miles from a full 10,000 miles. I pulled the dip stick the other day and the oil really looked about the same as it did about 8,000 miles ago and I think a bit lighter than it was at the end of the last OCI. I'll be interested to see what the OCI shows. The Sequoia just rolled 100,000 miles and seems to run nearly perfectly. If there has been any oil loss it's small enough to not see on the dip stick.

The last OCI was the done at a shop when the timing belt was replaced, so I'll probably do it this time.

What else do should I do other than an oil change? I know there is other things that are part of a standard service that I don't do so I'm almost thinking that I might not want to go 20,000 miles without someone looking at the other aspects of the vehicle that I don't care or know about.

Grease it if it has grease fittings, check air in tires, check fluids and top up if needed, check belts and hoses. You can do a full safety check as well, brakes, shocks, tires, etc. Are you do for a tire rotation? Is the radiator and AC condensor clean?

Even if you don't care or know about the other aspect of your vehicle, I think it's still wise to follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual.

I guess when I say "I don't care" it's more that I'm not interested in messing with the rest of it, call it laziness I guess, so I'm just thinking that having a mechanic do the oil changes every 10-15,000 miles would make sense and I'm still saving some money by reducing oil changes by 2 to 3 times.
