This question for my 4wd 91 Nissan pathfinder with 158K miles. truck manual calls for 30k oci on front, rear and transfer case. I currently have amsoil fluids in there and I don't tow or submerege the differential in water and I drive a total of about 50 miles in 4WD every year, should I extend the oci over 30k miles...thanks for any advice

With that set of circumstances, I would. Perhaps 50K miles. No science to back it up, though...just what I'd do in real life.
IMHO if you are using Severe Gear lube in your axles and AMSOIL's ATF or Severe Gear (not sure t/case spec for the Nissan) you should be fine to look at 50,000 - 100,000 OCIs in those applications assuming you are not fording water or pushing through deep mud.
If Nissan spec's a dino and you are using Amsoil...you should be able to go 50k-60k. I would not go to 100k.
I would also recommend running the 4wd every 3 months for 2-3 miles.
