All it takes is a filing by a serious tort firm to force a settlement.
I doubt that the purveyors of these fine oils could afford much in legal talent to review their labels nor could they afford the type of representation that could get them out of a serious lawsuit.
They wouldn't want to litigate even if they could. Too expensive, cheaper just to give up some money.
The term "free market" has never meant the freedom to engage in fraud and deception.
