OBD-II scan tools?

Do the typical scan tools like the Innova 3130 cover manufacturer enhanced codes as well?

Looking for MAF and long term fuel trim specifically.

Transmission information would also be nice.

That depends on whether or not the manufacturer allows their vehicle computers to report it to these scanners. MAF and LTFT are reported. Transmission also on some vehicles.
