I work on cars for a living, and I actually like the Toyota cartridge setup. I certainly prefer spin-ons, but I like the ability to drain the housing first and make less mess. This does get complicated, however, by the occasional 200 lb gorilla that likes to tighten either the housing or the plug as tight as possible. I had to use a 26" 1/2" drive ratchet to remove a housing today. Luckily I didn't strip or break the aluminum housing or my cap tool!
