Doing my tire checks in between drop-offs in my temporary truck 2004 Chevy 2500HD flatbed while waiting for a customer. I noticed the front tire with the TPC badge which means this has to be a factory tire. The DOT code is behind the tire so I tried to sneak my phone to take a pic of the DOT code. Confirmed it’s the original tire, possibly a spare thrown on the front.

Date code 8th week of 2004. Checked with the shop mechanic and told me if it isn’t leaking or worn to the wear bars then keep on running it. Tread is chowdered up and it’s on a steer axle so it would make for a scary blowout.

Gotta get the Irwin Vise Grips (y)
From my experience they haven’t been any good since they moved out of the USA. Jaws shred almost as bad as the Pittsburgh ones from Harbor Freight and they are on back order my Snap-on guy hasn’t had them in months. He sells Irwin too I’d probably be on that truck for warranty several times. But I definitely agree with you though on the old USA made Peterson/Irwin ones those you can’t beat.

I think mine were made in the mid 1970s.

50/50

50% Impossible burger
50% lean organic ground beef from our 1/2 beef

Two raw eggs
Olive oil
Couple tablespoons of Stubbs BBQ sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Ponzu sauce
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Two kinds of parmesan generous hand fulls
Around 8-10 smashed Saltines

Crush all the dry stuff together. Set aside

Mix the meat and all the wet stuff with hands then pour in the dry stuff mix in well.

Form a loaf. Smoke.
Up right smoker - pellets - Lumberjack Apple blend. 350°F for 20 minutes ~ 30 minutes 300°F

So far no one has figured it's not all meat. Nice smoke ring texture is great and tastes way better than grannies meat loaf.
