Random photo is my arm with the bandage on it, Plasma donation is not available everywhere I keep forgetting.

You don't get "cramps," they tell you to rest after, that's what I'm doing, a Gatorade won't hurt because electrolytes are good, water works too, some people say they don't drink water, you can donate twice a week.

I donated twice a week for most of my college life. I still have the scars some 30 years later. The best was on Friday...not only did you get beer money, it took fewer beers to do the job. I never noticed any effects at all from donating, and felt 100% normal after a donation. My only concern was to not do any heavy lifting for a few hours to make sure you didn't getting any severe bruising or bleeding (which did happen a couple times).

I have been pushing myself pretty hard and cancelled my shift at my second job today. I am happy that I did because I literally officially woke up 15 minutes after my shift would have ended. I make more money giving the plasma than working there anyway maybe it will be just the weekend is what I'm starting to think.

Got two jobs and I'm committing to giving plasma twice a week so I wonder if there will be opportunity for me at the job where you could literally go on the app and select your shift I'm starting to wonder.
