Random photo is my arm with the bandage on it, Plasma donation is not available everywhere I keep forgetting.

You don't get "cramps," they tell you to rest after, that's what I'm doing, a Gatorade won't hurt because electrolytes are good, water works too, some people say they don't drink water, you can donate twice a week.

I had to do a double take to see where you got that picture, this was my aunt's '70 when she bought it 8 years ago, almost identical. The one in your pic is a '71 or '72.
