I've had a few bogus tickets and every time I went to court the cop did not show up and I automatically won.

Yes Gary, she was anti-hot and she did look like she would have a hard time getting a date.
I had absolutely NO desire to ask for her phone number.

Despite what they lead you to believe, you have the right to cross-examine the affiant on the citation. You could have had the tickets dismissed had you argued correctly.
