I believe all made by the same company, as is Toyota SLL and Ford Specialty Green. All dyed differently. All with similar composition from what can be determined from PDS/MSDS. Compatible? Likely, but nothing conclusive to say one way or the other. Significant differences in chemistry? Likely not, but again, nothing conclusive out there.

Given they all sell for around the same price, might as well use what is OE.

The only one that might warrant experimenting with is the Ford Specialty Green, as it is available as a concentrate, while all others only come as premix.

Is The Blue Just a DYE?

Even though this thread is old..........did anyone bother to look at Grambo's link to answer his question? The Nissan product is even more odd than most. It looks like the concentrate is dyed green and the diluted product is dyed blue. And, the concentrated is MUCH cheaper.

Correct me if I am wrong, but they are offering the same chemistry in two different colors.
Bizarre.

I think the green-dyed concentrate is 1st generation Japanese long life coolant and the diluted blue-dyed coolant is the 2nd generation extended life coolant.

Blue is the long life 7 years or 105K. Green is the 4 year or 60K used in the older Nissans.
