Is it safe for my NGV's to double the mileage for oil change from 3K miles to 6K miles using dino oil or it is better to change it as usual (3K miles) due dino oil loosing it's lubricating additives?

while I must say that I do not have a clue who makes NGV/what NGV is, IMHO unless you go/buy high quality brand name motor oil such as Shell, Esso, etc. otherwise, I would not count on pushing the OCI past 4kmiles in your area (lots of city stop-n-go driving in KL). 6kmiles of KL traffic is too much I would say, which is similar to downtown Thailand city traffic (with A/C on)
NGV stands for Natural Gas Vehicle. It runs on natural gas, which burns cleaner than gasoline, so the oil doesn't turn dark as fast.
