2014 Subaru Outback. 130K.

That is obscene. MY local dealer has only charged me 60$/hr for diagnosis.. And thats returned if you have the work done there.

If a tech gets compensated on flat-rate (commission), he/she should get compensated accordingly for the time spent for the diag.

If the diag charge is being credited, either the tech is getting screwed or they are just inflating the labor time on the repair.
