Lever guns are awesome. I have a VERY old turn of the century Marlin in 25-20. Old school varmint gun.

I want a lever gun! Never have shot one, but i like how they look.
Great to see so many lever fans! I too am a huge fan of the 30/30 and lever guns in general, though my interest is mostly Marlins.
We have killed an awful lot of deer with the 30/30, and since I started reloading Nosler Partition 170's for hunting, every single one of them have been one shot kills.
This buck was shot by my youngest son last year on the youth hunt, this big bodied Missouri deer was no match for his great shot with the 30/30. The bullet wound you can see is the Partition exit point.

I have never shot a lever-action rifle. But, no one can argue the fact that they are REALLY cool!
I want one that shoots a big bullet...at least .45 cal.
