Old on the left new on the right. What do y'all think?

So the cheapest oil in a three oil lineup (VWB) is conventional, and the next one up is semi-syn--- even though they have roughly the same amount of group 3.

And... the cheapest oil in a two oil lineup (Kendall and some other CP oils) is semi-syn.

I'll modify that comment: 10-30 and 10-40 VWB probably is NOT semi-syn.

I'll be different - I actually much prefer the older labels. I thought the ones on the left were very crisp and put together.

Bummer. This is a hit to valvoline on my "buy the label you like best" methodology.

Same jug so it is easy pour. Valvoline jugs are really designed well.

The change is in the label. Marketing must have decided that the words thick and durable will sell more oil.

I like the text style and layout of the new label, but, I like the Valvoline logo look of the old label better. I know, I know, we are being picky!

Whatever happened to "If you like your label, you can keep it." ??

I actually don't understand the change. They just changed to the new(old) label in 2018.

I would have expected them to roll out a new one with GF-6.

I like it, probably going to keep a 5 qt jug in the fridge for those mornings I need something to pour on my pancakes

Correct. I think Valvoline is now putting in 100ppm of warm and 500ppm of fuzzies.

You would think they would check for political correctness in the wordings.

Sure it's SN+ but think they lost Dexos when 1.1 expired two years ago.
