Fan clutch wrench. Struggled with the make do with a trying to break the nuts free with the tools I have, so decided to grab one of these.

From L to R: first three are SnapOn pawn shop finds.
-B1458C bleeder wrench. I'm not sure it's EVER been used. I paid $24, current price online is $81
-SAM17E 17mm hex socket. I paid $20, current price online $56
-SVX5 1/2" extension with some weird but minor grooves in it. I paid $11, current price of the current SXK5 is $45
-two pair Malco locking pliers. Through TruTech tools and with a 5% email code they came out about $1 less per pair than Amazon

Stocked up on some consumables, mainly to meet the Zoro free shipping threshold. Surprisingly their prices were better than HD.
6” PH2 bit is perfect for damaging Honda air filter boxes.

Bought this tool on eBay, listed as new, but in the description listed as barely used. Took two weeks to ship from California to Washington. Tool arrived yesterday, open the box this morning and the two bolts required are missing

The tool is listed as no return, I need to go back to the pictures and see if bolts were part of the listing, they are included when this simple tool is purchased.

You are right, just have to measure them, get the this length, hardness. Not worth buying like this if I have to spend 90 minutes going to the hardware store.
On a good note, I have the radiator out, so I was able to get in there with a impact wrench. Bolt came right out with no special tool.

Are those ball head Allen’s made by Bondhus? I got US made Bondhus very cost effectively and they have been great. I paid $84 for the US made set last June. Amazon has them for $122 now.

Nice Napa haul today. Was waiting on me at home. Only part one of my order haha. Other part should be here tomorrow. I keep losing my number 2 Phillips heads so I bought an extra one again lol. I ordered one from Snap-on about a month ago but he hasn’t been back since so I’ve pretty much written that off. Then a set of metric ball Allen sockets. So for those who asked if I buy sets yes I do. This set I looked at it in person at a very rude Napa store so I chose to use my coupon and order it online instead of that rude store. I managed to get all of this for just $8 more than the entire set so $158 for everything. The Carlyle set appears very well made. I looked at the set at Auto Zone and Advance and they did not seem quality at all and seemed very weak so I chose the middle ground set. It was either this Snap-on or Mac or Matco and they are all priced $110 more than these so since they aren’t an everyday use tool I chose these. I’ve had excellent luck with Carlyle tools just they are expensive which is why I don’t buy them often. Then I got a 12mm socket for one set I need to complete at the house. And the tool coming tomorrow is for Subaru as I’m still a Subaru tech since the Toyota isn’t permanent.

I believe they are made by KABO which is a top tier Taiwan tool manufacturer but I could be wrong.

Found someone selling this 10-19mm (18 is the only skip) for very reasonable price. The current 12pt 9pc SO set is $580 (these are 6pt). I paid waaay less than half that. All move smooth but are not floppy, most look barely used. I assume they’re old manufacture.
Wanted a super thin wrench set for changing sway bar end links on the Hyundai.
They are thin, not much thicker than a house key.

Yeah I would think the same myself. I fully understand.
Finally got my Zero Degree ratchets from HD.
It's a different experience but I'm enjoying them.

No clicking, right? I don't think I could deal with it. But perhaps in a few years they can build in a speaker to simulate the noise, like how new trucks pipe fake exhaust tone thru the stereo
