Bought awhile ago but installed the top portion today. So it’s technically new. Oh and I moved my box to a new location since we got a new tech he took my spot since his bay is my old bay and my bay is here now lol. Let me tell you this thing is heck to move now lol. Thanks to my coworkers for helping me lift it. I swear the top weighs more than the bottom. Finally got to have a big plier drawer and big screwdriver drawer. :).
Absolutely love the orange color. Kinda makes me wish I'd gotten it instead of the blue but the blue looks amazing as well..

Craftsman combination wrench set. These were $57 at Lowes. I think Ace Hardware with a coupon I could do better. I can take back which is a good thing when comparing tools. The open end has a very simple off corner loading feature. It’s a lot like the older Armstrong ratcheting wrench set I have, I never knew what the cut in the opening was for but do now. The corners are also slightly relieved in the wrench opening for the corner missing feature. The Armstrong USA wrench appears to have the same longer length as the Craftsman. These are the newer Black and Decker product.

Bought these at Harbor Freight yesterday. Honestly I’ve had a few of those hammers and they are really good. I still have them at home just I use them enough to have at home so I bought more for work. The reason I bought the 16oz from Blue Point is because it’s my most used one and I feel it was worth the money to have. I do plan on buying a dead blow and a 40oz Dead Blow Ball Peen from Snap-on I have the 32oz one already and love it. The reason I’ll go to Snap-on for those is because I consider those more consumable especially the dead blow so I want an easy warranty on them. But these I don’t see a reason to buy really fancy I just like a nice traditional wood handle hammer. Of course I got the guilt trip for buying them by the folks saying I don’t need them but I try not to let that bother me too bad. And I picked up a little knife too. Those things are .69 cents but worth every penny. I’ve got a few laying around. They are good to pull out of your pocket to cut a box open with not have to walk to your box or cart and get a cutter or knife or anything and they are good for small stuff too. Also renewed my ITC for $29.99.

Tomorrow I’m going to purchase the cart with drawers all the way down for the Black Friday sale. ITC can get it tomorrow and it’s $499 which is $200 off. Still haven’t decided the color to get everyone thinks I should get orange to match my box. I guess I’ll get whatever colors are left by 6pm when I get home and make it over there lol 😂. Hopefully I don’t have to settle for yellow or green. Of course I’ll be posting pictures of that too. Hopefully they will have them in stock and not have to be ordered. I might leave my card and keys to the truck with my dad and see if he can go get it for me he said he has no problem with me buying that. Guess he sees the box as a need and not the hammers lol.

Got this Craftsman USA set at the pawn shop on Saturday. Everything looks new except the 10mm. The spark plug socket has been replaced with a modern Craftsman but for the price I wasn’t passing it up even though I didn’t need it. Haha.

Got this magnetic tray at Harbor Freight. Went ahead and got a black one that way it doesn’t match anyone else’s cause almost everyone has at least one Pittsburgh one so this one is mine. Wish they would of had orange to match my box but oh well. Black goes good with orange.

The universal tool....
Funny story... Sue and I were coming home yesterday, driving in the neighbor hood and noticed this drop dead gorgeous pretty darn new black BMW with the hood up. It is not that common to see anyone but me working on cars in my 'hood...
As we went buy, there were 3 young men (teens?) under the hood working on something or other. The kid on the end had a claw hammer, which I did not know was necessary on such a beautiful car. I was kinda shocked to see them working and the hammer...
Then Sue said, "Kinda nice to see those young people working on that car." That put a huge smile on my face. She was right.

Next thing you know the moron is on some forum complaining about crap Euro trash, no doubt he leaves out the part where he best the sh.. out of it with a friggin claw hammer. LOL
Well, as they say, when all you have is a hammer, everything is a nail.

BTW, thanks for all your tool recommendations Trav, I've made more than a handful based on your insight and experience over the years.

I got my cart picked up today. The thing is heavy and my parents were the ones who picked it up. They said they were training someone to use the forklift and they were struggling haha so thanks to that person for safely getting it in there. I thought I was going to have to get black because they couldn’t find an orange one then they found one in the back so I chose it over the black cause black is lame to me it just would go best with orange. I figured get it while it’s on sale. Hopefully I can manhandle it by myself. If not I’ll get my brother in law to help me load it in my Escape. I will post pictures when it’s all setup too I’m just excited about it now.

...and when your pretty orange box has grease smeared on it, you will wish it was black!
It is a nice box, though.

Buy Trusty-Cook dead blow hammers, they are the best and not that expensive. This one is one of the most useful hammers I have owned and wouldn't be without it. IIRC Snap on and other big names rebrand them and ups the price.
