Schwaben Pressure Brake Bleeding System. The pressure release and snap off connector make it easier than the Motive bleeder.
In my experience, the hardest vehicle to get a decent pedal is the '65 thru '82 Corvettes with the 4 piston fixed calipers. I tried everything. Bleeding brakes should be easy. In desperation, I bought a pressure bleeder (Motive). Dang thing worked like a charm. Not to mention easy peasy...
Also, on these cars, make sure you have the carb idle mixture screws set to highest manifold vacuum. It makes a BIG difference.

Where did you get the rubber pad? I bought that identical jack this spring
It’s not a rubber pad. It’s a piece of scrap vinyl flooring that has been cut to the shape of the jack saddle and turned upside down. Depending on what my lift point is, I’ll use either the vinyl flooring, a hockey puck, or nothing.

My ratchet came in. It makes me mad that they just slapped the labels on the outside of the box instead of putting it in a different box and putting a label on that box. Now my OCD has gone crazy lol. Can’t stand the fact the box is ruined. But I’m happy I have it. Could of gotten the non fuel version cheaper but for the professional setting I feel the fuel is better. Still waiting for my coworkers tools to come in. I know I better not show this to the guys they will come use it without telling me and I go looking for it lol. My parents wanted to help me get the batteries for Christmas for my gun I would of paid a little that way I would have an extra for both my Milwaukee things so far and they were all sold out online and in stores so we will have to wait on that which is fine but I could of used them now though. Now I can kid around with my brother in law more since he is team yellow cause he said Milwaukee looks too much like Craftsman lol.

@AutoMechanic do you REALLY save the boxes that the tools were packaged in?

At my house they go to recycle as soon as I verify that the tool works as expected.
Yes absolutely lol. Heck we still have the box from our first family laptop in 2007 lol 😂. Boxes are always handy especially since I have about 5 or 6 boxes full of tools that I don’t have room for.

Just purchased this tool TEKTON 3/8 Inch Drive 6-Point Socket and Ratchet Set, 74-Piece (1/4-1 in., 6-24 mm) | SKT15311 for my 27 year old Son for Christmas. Cost $160 with free shipping and tax.

Hard to find things to buy an adult child This set has well made tools, box does not take up a lot of space and is easy to store and transport. Set could last a lifetime.

Excellent gift and set. I like Tekton sets: no skips, some of the most complete available.

Blue Point PRH503 snap ring pliers. I typically don't like interchangeable tip snap ring pliers but these seem really nice. The single lever to flip from inside/outside seems to work extremely well, and the largest pair is ratcheting which is oh-so-nice for those heavy duty rings.

$100 second hand meant I couldn't say no -- they're $226 off the truck

Those look really nice! I'll have to watch out for a deal like that.

Snappy p/s and alt pulley puller/installer set: $50 (prices total at least $386 off the truck)

Snappy FHLF80A: $129 on ebay. I recently broke TWO Steelman extended flex head 3/8" ratchets and the more I wrench for $ the more I understand why the pros buy the best.

Milwaukee 2960. These are ~$190 on Amazon which is actually a good deal. The 3/8" 2962 is running more, almost surely because of TTC's recent findings that the 3/8" inexplicably puts out more power than the 1/2" 2960. Regardless, I was ready to replace my first-gen 2861 (which I always found lackluster) and I needed 1/2" drive.
