You recommended the Nepros; it saved the day doing the water pump on our 2006 TSX. Low back drag in that tight area...
And balanced like none other I've used. Sometimes that really helps.

You notice it in tight spots and in general use. Coupled with low back drag, it is easier to operate. Your work gets done faster. Sounds funny, but that's my experience.

No sure yet, small decorative items for the wife. Wood and soft metals.

There is a stepped slider switch, seems like it covers the speeds I might need. I'll find out. Now that I see it my idea I mentioned earlier for using a universal motor speed control won't work and until I see the guts of the power supply not sure if a pot could be used in place of the slider. Probably though. Not worth the hassle right now.

The slowest speed IS a might too fast for drilling anything in metal over about 1/8" IMO.
I am going to slow mine down a bit more, (on the cheap)
