It's a good tool. 600 ft lbs in reverse and as high as 250 tightening.

I'll tell you, for $36.00 this this thing is cool!!
Pablo, I have to dig up an indicator and mighty mag, I recently got all my tools here!
But it's a bit of a CF down there right now!
Just using it though, it seems to run very true. I will get you a reading W/I a few days!

Next thing is to make an acme thread tail-stock advance for it. You can buy it with it already on there, but it was a good $30.00 more for that one! Heck, I'll make one for about $7.00!

I'd like to find a little bench top mill, or a small vertical Bridgeport or Bridgeport clone.

Also, these little things DO have variable speed! I was going to add it myself, now I don't hafe t'a!
It's "hidden" over on the power supply.
"Hey, where do you hide the variable speed on this thing"?
I "Hide It" on the power supply!

Also, I did sacrifice a 7mm gearwrench socket to make up a chuck key for the little lathe.
It's ''driven" from a 1/4" drive ratchet! It Turned out a very "clean" job!

Used a good Gearwrench socket too! Dumb A! Why not just use a Snap On!

I ordered the standard lathe, didn't see the version with Acme thread tail-stock

For $7? Maybe post a picture. How is the standard tailstock held in place? I won't know until it arrives Wednesday

I have ACME thread and a brass nut coming from eBay, even as I type!!

I ordered the standard lathe, didn't see the version with Acme thread tail-stock

For $7? Maybe post a picture. How is the standard tailstock held in place? I won't know until it arrives Wednesday

It was a different brand lathe.

It's just a little aluminum bracket, It bolts down to the bed, and then it has a whole line board in it and pinch together with the set screw as shown. There's two little bearings in there and it acts as a little live center.
Yeah they had an acme thread and nut I believe it was 8 mm, for about $7 on eBay. It's only 100 or 150 mm long but I think that's all you need for this little thing.
The only thing is you have to wait for it to ship from China! Probably on a "slow boat" from China!

Note the busted out "Cap loc" Key! That's the FIRST!! thing I do when I get a new windows keyboard, is bust out the "cap loc" I'm was sick AND TIRED TOO! of hitting the Cap Loc by mistake!

just more convient. More like a conventional lathe?
I have this coming. Going to use it for the 1/4" chuck.
The 3/8" drive one will be a 2nd. key for my 4 jaw chuck on the Logan!
