JB Weld should work for a permanent "temporary" fix.

Those valve cover gaskets look a bit leaky. OTOH, antifreeze can look a lot like oil when it's in a thin film and has dirt covering it. Fix the leaky rad, clean it off, and see if the leak returns.

I'd add plugs and wires to the list. Copper or iridium plugs, not platinum! NGK V-Powers work well in 3800's. And, if you have the Magnevox ignition instead of the separate coils, the junkyard upgrade when the Magnevox unit fails is to pull the coil pack and coil pack module as a unit from a later Series I or Series II.

Your Olds has the best of the 3800s imo (series one?) with the metal plenum (instead of the plastic one the Series II has with that huge plastic cover). I can't get over the fact that is only has 75,000 miles,I bet that engine is in excellent shape. Funny thing,my 87 Olds Toronado Trofeo I had,the dipstick handle broke just like on yours. I just always used som needle nose Vise Grips to remove it haha.
