I have never owned a vehicle that wore tires that fast and have purchased ultra high performance tires with low UTOG (160 and even 140).
The Michelin Latitude Tour on my MDX are are wearing very slowly, they better as they are pretty expensive $300/tire installed but fortunately prior owner did that before sale to me. 12k of wear by me and wearing on target to last 40k+.
I live in a rural area, not much city here. The closest town to me has 1 red light. lol
I talked to a guy I know that owns a tire place in another town not too far from me and he said that the 3rd gen CR-V has been terrible on tires. He said everyone he has done has burned through them in 30-35,000 miles at the most. He said the old gens were good but the 3rd is just horrible on them. he doesn't know why. There are a lot of CR-V's in my area, so whenever I see the driver I ask them and they tell me the same thing. Ranges from 12,000- 30,000 miles and they have to replace them.
Wonder what is up with this gen CR-V??
