The Pilot Super Sports were the best tire I've had on any car that could explore it's limits. However, they too got very noisy for me toward the end of life and started to tramline also. Granted this was at around 3/32nds, so really no big deal. Wet grip did hold on though. The others I had were PS4Ss, and AS3s, both of which really transmitted road noise around 5-6/32nds and noticeably lost some wet grip as they wore from there. These are just my experiences and opinions though, not a universal statement.IDK, Michelin PSS were best tire I ever had, period. I mean I had numerous Continental summer tires in Europe. DW and DWS are US market only.
PSS was cutting through rain at 3/32 better than some new tires, and still holding like a glue.
