the old topic is the high cost, relative of certain import vehicles, Audi, BMW etc. if you own one of these vehicles, find your certified mechanic before having issues. in st louis, there are plenty of good shops, my HUNDAI Dealer has a 2015 MASERATI on the lot, at 35k it is begging me to find a way to buy the girl. for those how say buy TOYOTA yep they have had issues also. pay your money take your risk

My suggestion for a person that buys a used European vehicle without a warranty is, don't. Unless you have mad skills and can do your own repairs.

Actually if you are an experienced and skilled mechanic with lots of other vehicles a Maserati makes a good purchase. Otherwise not so much. I had a neighbor that bought a new Maserati BiTurbo. Beautiful car, could hardly get out of his driveway. I have a penchant for Italian cars, owned two Fiats but cars made in the 'boot' of Europe are like beautiful women. Look but marry one that can cook for a long time.

So buy the Maserati, and get back to us on how it turns out.

But, you have to ask yourself. Why did the previous owner trade a Maserati for a Hyundai?
Simple answer, they didn't !! This vehicle is moving around, my friend just ditched his Nissan Rogue, he never curses but after putting 2 mfing transmissions in it he went to Napelton Honda, guess what he saw the Maserati,
Maybe ask your self why those gorgeous Maseratis take such a nose dive in value.
A friend of mine got a similar deal on a beautiful 1 owner, less than 2 year old Maser. There's probably a reason for it...
I don't believe a reason at all, i was there yesterday, my remote had one issue where it didn't unlock, i used the key and set off the alarm. They put in a new battery, not really covered but they ate the cost. The point, they know me by name, i only got a good look at the Maserati, beautiful blue with saddle leather because the SiruisXm dude was updating the programming. BTW, i was just trolling the lot following service.
So buy the Maserati, and get back to us on how it turns out.
No chance of me buying it, so hang tight fire, my SON, has hid own dealership selling Porsche, BMW, and other exotics as well as other more run of the mill stuff, his customer's i read his reviews, love him. He would get me the exotic, should i need one !!
