I’ve had one for 10 years or so, love it and use it all the time.
All the usual stuff like ribs, brisket, etc but a couple of our house favourites are chicken wings and pork shoulder(pulled pork)
For wings put them on at the lowest settings for a hour and then go to 300-350 until they get a nice sear and are sizzling hot. Should take 45min or a bit longer. So good.
Edit to add: bacon is great on them and it doesn’t make the whole house smell like bacon(I don’t mind but wife not so much). Put the strips on at 300 and start watching them close 10-15min after. Only a couple min between perfect and over cooked.
