Check out that zinc in the 10w-40/20w-50 grades. Looks like they didn't limit it to GF-4 levels like pretty much all the other oil makers have done in those 2 grades.
Lots of Harleys and BMW's out there with a seperate transmission case, that spec 20W-50. This sounds like a good oil for 2 to 3K OCI's. Plenty of viscosity for those hot afternoons on a air cooled machine.
I bought 5 cases from AAP during their sale, most of the cases are dated 9/7/06 and one is 5/5/06. These are all in the old bottle, so is it safe to assume this is the old formula? I also have 4 odd qts that are dated 11/10/06.
