Is it better to get battery with more Cranking Power then OEM one ?

are Optima Red - Yellow top any good ?

It's almost always a good idea to get an increased CCA battery.
It charges better, has more reserve, and helps with aged connections and wiring, which have slightly more resistance.

Search here and in other places, and you will find Optimas are found to be overrated, under producing, and expensive. The red topped ones particularly so. Buy a nice Johnson Controls branded battery and call it a day.
