Looks like good ol green. Just make sure you change it much more then you would with something like GO5.
 
Rotella ELC has 2EHA as does DexCool but also has compounds to prevent cylinder liner cavitation. I don't have any experience using it in gas engines, but if your manufacturer advises against 2EHA as do Ford, Honda and a few others, avoid it.
 
Would be nice if it said low silicate like most other plain green antifreezes. You would pay $4 more for G05 which is far superior and will last longer. If you can flush out the old stuff then G05 is a better value as it lasts longer.
