Need new tires on my 2009 Smart Fortwo, 185/55R15

Choices are
Ironman iMove Gen 3 V speed rating
Falken Sincera SN250 V speed rating
General Altimax RT45, H speed rating
General Altimax 365AW H speed rating

Car has General HP's on, but they are getting old. H speed rating.
Because the car is so light, I am afraid V speed tires will bounce me too much.
I do not really need Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake tires, not much snow here, and it is gone in less than a week

Any other suggestions, comments?

v tires wont bounce too much its about the tire construction not the speed rating.

all 4 of those are competent..
do you need snow traction?

I'd probably lean towards the rt45, but from tirerack the sn250 gets good ratings in its class.
what are the prices?

if on a budget the ironman should be made by hercules tire which isnt a chinese cheapo.. but definitely budget tire.
if you want superior winter traction the 365aw is better in the winter. (doesnt seem to be a priority reread your first post again)

the other 2 are a toss up. I have had some good general tires but the falkens get good reviews online.
the falkens are likely quieter but the rt45 have more voids in the tread area (I prefer)

All else being equal out of those 4 I'd get the rt45 but no bad choices in there.

Additionally walmart has the
rt45 for 119
ironman for 49
sn250 for 106

you might also consider the

Sumitomo HTR Enhance LX2 for $82

I think I would likely try the ironman for 49 or
the sumitomo for 82 (they own falken )
