Looks good, what oil and filter back in and on? Thank You
An old stock WIX made Supertech ST3614 since my full size FL1A filters didn't clear the frame rail and Mobil 1 Euro 0W40 went back in it. Not happy about putting the small lawnmower filter on, but it'll be fine for this one time. Bummer, there was all kinds of room to run the Ford filter on our old Dodge van with the 318.

Element looks fine, but not a big fan of the use of a combo valve (any design). As mentioned, since it's been a while since installed, design may have changed. I recently c&p a ProSelect 27356 that had separate dome bypass and silicone adbv. More a Purolator design with stamped flat spring.

Thanks for c&p.

I've used a lot of filters with the combo valve, although all of them have been vertical orientation or slight angle - none horizontally mounted and been fine with them. This is my nephews' truck, I helped him do a bunch of maintenance to it last weekend and the WIX filters I put in the Rockauto cart must have been pretty old stock because they're the old USA Affina Gastonia, NC marked filters that showed up in the order.
