WIX = Bad (unless it's a cartridge filter)
WIX = Purolator (Mann+Hummel)

I have honestly lost track of who is who in the zoo. Is M&H making Napa Golds? Some models anyway? I would not use those. That's just me. You have to decide for yourself by doing research.

From what I've seen, Premium Guard is making the NAPA Golds and Proformers.

I looked at NAPA Gold for my 2024 GMC Canyon 2.7 turbo. Louvers, and not good ones. I showed them to counter guy, he went and got 4 more. All where not good louvers. I said nope. He goes "Well the by pass would let oil thur......................." I bought a AC Delco PF66 with the plastic cage. That's what I'm staying with.

If I could get it at a good price, I’d use Napa everything tbh. Love their oil and would love to try out their filters. But their prices aren’t the most competitive even when on sale.

It was probably old stock made by WIX (Purolator).
