Thanks for all the ideas guys. It was hot and dry all weekend and the car was driven a lot at highway speeds. It is getting progressively better. I plan to deodorize the vents and change out the cabin air filter eventually, but I think a good rain followed by a week or two of Texas summer heat might be the final step.
