GON lived like in Heber or Mid way. His exposure to Utah was limited at best. And we all know what his schedules look like. So............You never visited Crown Burger.
Sound advice.
Its a Southern fast food chain that started in Atlanta. Southern fried chicken breast on a bun with a few pickles was there signature dish. The chicken used to be really good. Waffle fries also. Also around here at least they were known for there perfect service, spotless stores, and Southern Hospitality. There also closed on Sunday - which sells well in the South.
As I mentioned they have seemed to fall off pretty far over the last few years - even changed there signature recipe. LIkely a function of getting too big too fast and can't control quality.

Popeyes are on both sides of the border serving as a reference on the bare bones side. I’ve had a good spicy Chicken sandwich at the Lynden store but the one in Aldergrove sucked. Unknown who owns and how they are run.
Edit: it must be noted the new chiklefillet is very much positioned to attract the huge crowds from north of the border. Mall. Target. Trader Joe’s. Costco gas. Etc
I thought breakfast ended at 10:30! The biscuits aren't good (too sweet), but there is nothing wrong with the English muffins
I wish more places served breakfast all day, or better yet, serve the full menu all day! Sonic and White Castle serve their full menus all day, even the ones open 24 hours

Been to Crown Burger, been to the Meatball Place (can't recall the name), been to the cheesesteak place, been to Park City's and SLC finest restaurants, been to the highly rated BBQ SLC restaurant.... SLC is a place for beauty, great work ethic (before the California people migrated to SLC), wonderful LDS people..... but not a place to have anything even remotely memorable to eat.You never visited Crown Burger.

Its hard to find a more patriotic people, that are forever grateful to the constitution and the sacrifices of our founding fathers than long term occupants of Utah, but when it comes to food.... SLC is without a doubt a one on a scale of one to ten. But I would give up enjoyable food to have long term residents of Utah as a neighbor, friend, and follow American.

It’s real chicken not ground up chicken meat and pressed together.
Pretty sure those grilled nuggets are pressed chicken

Your first 2 words in your OP were BRAND NEW... so they should be getting their routine down by now.
We've eaten in two different locations, it's a different experience than say McDonalds, we didn't find the food exceptional.
They were cut pieces of the grilled chicken breast at one time. That may have changed?
What I had was definitely a constructed piece of chicken

When they first came on the menu (10+ years ago), they chopped the grilled breast and served those as the grilled nuggets. They are probably more popular now and “pre-prepared”.
Either way, much better ways to eat and spend $$.
My fast food regime is usually once a year.
Shuswap Lake to Merritt is pretty much halfway home.
We stop to fill the tank before going back over the Coquihalla to Vancouver.
Hit McD's, I get 2 double cheeseburgers, the wife gets 2 filet-o-fish.
No fries, no drink, we wash it down with a bottle of water.
The impending crappy feeling keeps us awake enough to finish the trip.
We discuss what we've done and decide we'll never do it again only to repeat the cycle.
For 21yrs

As someone who likes Chick-Fil-A, I make no excuses as the grilled nuggets are what NOT to order IMO.
The Grilled Chicken club is a good option that can be ordered without bread.
However, as I see it when in Rome do as the Romans do... When visiting a Chick-Fil-A stick with the fried chicken... Chick-fil-a entire DNA is built around pressure cooked FRIED chicken...
