Well me and my gma were out for a drive and were stopping at a traffic light. We hear tires screeching behind us and we got rear-ended by a Toyota camry which pushed me into the i think kia in front of me. The rear end of my car and the front of her car are jacked up. The kia n front of me just jas scratches. The chevy emblem is cracked on the front one fog light housing fell out amd the grill is cracked. Plus the corners of the front bumper were falling off. Everyone is ok they took my gma to the hosp for some minor back pain. She admitted fault and said she looked right and when she looked back it was 2 late.

Sorry man thats not fun. It is fixable and insurance normally will total out a car with damage like that but your car is pretty new so you never know.

Glad everyone is OK.

While you need to accurately tell what happened, at no time should the words "it was my fault" come out of your mouth. I am referring not to the OP but the person who caused the accident. Your insurance company never wants you to admit fault to anyone except them or their/your lawyer. Others can determine who was at fault.

I am sure she did. Her insurance company would only want her to state the facts not opinion as to who was at fault.

Hard to tell from the pics how much damage there is, but hopefully the insurance company writes it off and you collect a new car in the near future!

From what I can see, there is zero chance that car will be totaled. No reason it should be. Just be sure that the body shop uses GM parts in the repair. You don't want generic bumper covers on a car that new.
