Except the poodle. That was either aliens or the devil.

Glad to hear your dog's OK.

No rawhide chews for our dog, we had an episode like that years ago.

Recently our dog was having pain, touch him in the chest and he wimpered, we were keeping an eye on him. A little later we found the empty bag from the sandwich rolls. He must have downed a good half dozen hearty rolls, no wonder he was in pain, it passed.

Some time ago (another dog we had) was straining to BM, yelped when it came out. It looked funny, kind of squarish. I poked at the BM with a stick, son-of-a-gun, it's a block of wood... Hope that didn't give you any splinters down there.

Another time, found a broken light bulb, suspected the pooch ate the glass. Call the vet, he suggests we feed the dog bread or mashed potatoes to cushion and pass any glass (I'm thinking "Would you like butter on your mashed potatoes?", shake head). He survived.

Another time the dog must have been rooting through the trash can in the bathroom, he has a BM in the yard containing something my wife had discarded. "Better not leave that laying in the yard."

Oh, the things dogs eat...

It would be like you eating 6 jars of elmers school paste. Assumeing he chewed it and did not just swallow it whole! When he finaly has a bowel movement it will be a rough one I am sure.It is not going to kill him it is just hard on his digestive system.

How does that taste?

Yep, well aware. Dogs spring from wolves selectively bred to retain juvenile (sub-adult) traits.

Now that he's okay we can start with stuff like

what viscosity mineral oil will give him the most action for the money?

No, no, no... I would never use 2 of those 3 words when referring to him.

See it's not that funny when you refer to looks and height and physical characteristics. Mori's crack was funny though......but then he cleaned it out.

I dunno, ask mori - he managed to take Helen's quote, in a thread about my dog and try to insult me with it. I don't expect much from folks with supposed open minds and tolerance, but I chuckled anyway. It's really kind of amusing at this point.

I mean are you sensitive about your thinning hair? I didn't think so.

I was trying to make you laugh!

Since the mustache pic disturbed you, I took it down.

...and replaced it with....? Bwahahahahahahaha!

Pablo, here's the thing. Can anybody say anything about you that's true, that you don't already know? And if it's not true, so what?
The only way to be offended by someone is if you actually care what they think. And guess what?

Pablo Escobar is a very common name. It's like John Smith.

I see he replaced it with a self portrait. Not bad, the white hair job helps a bit.

True enough. I guess only if I was a murderous thug drug dealer turned dead weasel I could be offended by the Escobar thing....

Our 13 year old Lab ate half a bottle of Advil and some other medicine my sister left out last w/e while home for college. She's ok now. Years ago our dog ate my brother's entire bag of Halloween candy. Dog lived. Glad to hear your dog is ok.
