Easiest way is take a screenshot of your report and paste the image inline.

I'm sure I've seen fairly long OCI UOA of 300V on here before, also in an Audi - A6 v6 I think.

Wasn't there a RLI oil developped for these engines, with copper as friction modifier?

RLI 5W-40 was actually developed for the RS4. As to the copper, here is an article from 1999:

@Fulcrum I would contact the lab and ask if they still have the sample and if they can check the flashpoint again.
