Me wants......

If they would have come out with it 3 years ago and put in this kind of effort for all of their models who knows, maybe some other manufacturer would be getting all the bailout money.

Love the look of the new Camaro, can't wait to see how my Stang does against one.

F'n beautiful-------- That is one beauty of a car...... Hopefully it handles well..
So many American cars go fast in a straight line , but once in the turns then braking is a must. The mustang rear suspension is a complete joke----- c'mon get with the times already. They are such nice cars...... only to be lapped by 350z's and now Hyundai's...:(

Here we go with some soundclips of the LS3 SS along with a few others..

As to power, the only one dynoed as of now was a 6 speed LS3 that was not broken in fully yet. It made 370rwhp stock. Figure an easy 380rwhp when fully broken in.

As to the handling, The SS posted a 8.19 at the Nuremburgring. These are cars close to its time it beat.....

You need a new prescription for your glasses!

It's F'n ugly as sin.

The last generation F-body wasn't a big seller - me thinks this one will be the nail in the coffin for GM.

Between the tail lights and the mufflers..........

Now we know where the Aztek designers ended up.

I think that spec-wise it seems like a good competitor. But, I'm not a fan of the body and I just can't help wishing the car could be lighter to let that V6 really hit its potential.

Sure, you get 300 HP for relatively cheap, but depending on which published 0-60 times you believe it's not even *that* much faster than the 210 HP V6 Mustang. It certainly doesn't come close to the Mustang GT or 350Z with similar power.

Seems like the biggest revolution here is that Chevy has put actual good engines in this thing across the line. It further exposes the Mustang and Challenger V6s for what they are. I'm looking forward to seeing what Ford pulls with the 2011 Mustang with respect to the rumored 5.0 V8 and the Ecoboost V6.

The new Camaro is a very beautiful car from the front and sides. But in my opinion the rear end looks too flat and square and the tail lights are too small. Just looks kind of odd in back. The rest of the car looks great though.

Really my only disappointment with the new Camaro is the lack of a removable top. I don't know why tell fell out of fashion, but there is nothing quite like taking off a removable top and enjoying the sun on those warm summer days. Not even a convertible can match the fun of a nice targa, IMO. I've had a sunroof in my last two cars and it's just not the same.

Another nice-looking GM car that will be done in by a cheap looking interior. You would think they could at least find a way to transplant the interior of a G8 into the car.

I have to say, I think the new Camaro has one of the nicest looking interiors of any car, from any manufacturer, ever. It's up there with the Ford GT500 for sheer awesomeness. The new Mustang also looks like a pretty nice place to be, but it can't match the Camaro.

I am so tired of the center stack of controls with woodgrain and plain looking knobs that has become popular. I hate everything about that look.

I hope you're wrong. In the past, yes - but now every new car introduced has very good interiors. My CTS is a great example of a great interior. So is the Malibu and new 900 series trucks ans SUV's.

I don't mind the looks, the taillights are indeed the worst aspect of the car.

Nice trap speed.

I thought the rear of the Corvette was even uglier when the C6 came out, compared to those this one is not that bad, I guess it is becoming a GM sports car trademark.

At least they are staying with the traditionally correct trunk for the model so I don't mind so much.

Not that I really want a coupe anyway, having owned a firebird ('84) and 2 different 'vettes in the past, '77 and a C5 ('96) body. Having had those I now prefer having a trunk.
