Done did it on Saturday, keep meaning to post on the "Oil Change Thread", but can't remember the mileage and I'm too lazy on my only day off to walk out to the truck in the 30mph wind gusts to go look.
But anyways, I dropped 7 qts of Formula Shell Full Synthetic 5W/20 in the 99 F-150 and put on a Pro-Tec 159. Gonna run it through the summer, I figure and change it again come October, if not later depending on usage. Never have had an issue with the truck "using" oil, so we'll see.
