Technically only the Liqui-Moly carries any API certs, though all the others claim to "beat" API SM and the like.
There are plenty of Xw40s that beat 183, too.
Are you sure RLI is 3.5+ HTHS? Their PDS only says >2.9 and also says "Energy Conserving - Yes".
As Bob said, the Redline 0w30 is definately not 3.5+.
