motul 7100 any good?

i just ordered some motul 7100 4t for my 2004 grizzly 660. it is bored out with a high compression piston,exhaust,and jet kit. i ordered the 10w40. is this good oil?has anybody used this? these grizzly 660 are known for running hot so i thought going to a synthetic oil would help.

You will be alright. You are in Canada, it can't be that hot compares to Arizona.
