Motul 5100 15w50 new formula?

I was doing an oil change on my 2007 Triumph Speed Triple the other day. According to the dealer, the "break in" oil is Motul Semi Syn 5100 Ester 15w50. At 100 miles, I changed the oil using the factory filter. I just changed it again at 500 using the same oil. I bought three quarts and had approx. 1/3 left over from a few months ago of the same oil. As I poured the "new" Motul in (the three quarts just purchased) it was light yellow and clear. Then I poured in the left over from the first oil change and noticed it was dark amber. All bottles were labeled the same and I bought the oil from the same source. On the first oil change all four bottles were dark amber. The latter three I bought were light yellow. Any problem in mixing the two. I am only using this for approx. 500 miles and then changing to Mobil 1 15w50 full synthetic. I figure it is just a new formula and should be compatable. Any thoughts? All bottles labeled Motul 5100 Ester Semi-Synthetic 15w50.
