Filtech is the American divison of Toyo Roki.
The filters are basically the same.
Suzuki has a unique thread demention that limits their filter choices.

I like the looks of KN filters but noticed that the bypass spec. was 18psi that seems to be higher than every other filter. I am comparing KN 303 with fram, perolator, wix. Any thoughts ?

I have been using Purolator PureOne's on my 2007 FZ6(the old blue ones, I bought out the last from local stores a while ago). Either the pl14610 or the pl14612.

I run a K&n on my 06 Victory but i wish Amsoil made one for my bike, i think next oil change i will try a WIX,

K&N KN-202, but at $12.50 a pop I'm going to use the blue Purolator PureONE PL14459's I have stocked up for my moms car instead, once I've used up my last K&N that is.. When I bough the bike I gave it nothing but "the best" with synthetic oil and overpriced filters. Now I'm switching to cheap diesel oil and car filters.

Those are not blue anymore unless they are leftover stock. Last fall (I think) the changed them to a nice, shiny GOLD color and added a no-slip-grip band. Just the PureOne - the Premuim Plus is still plain ordinary garden-variety white.

Yeah I couldn't remember. I went to get some and discovered that they were eat up with the uglies. Sent them an email and told them that we all like the pretty blue ones MUCH BETTER.

I paint mine black before using -- hate the ugly "puke" gold color.

I had been using the Blue ones, which looked good, and then ordered a few from Amazon, which showed the nice blue in the pics. When they arrived, I was immediately disgusted by the new color!! I do the same as Zedhed, and spray 'em black. I really shouldn't care, but that is a ***** yellow!

Sticks well -- only has to last 3000 miles
