Most of my motorcycles metal used in the frame & suspension are either aluminum alloy or non steel ones.
Would a aluminum or nickel grease be good option to use as anti seize that would no encourage metal to metal corrosion

Personally, I have never seen antiseize to result in corrosion of a joint. If anything, aluminum would be anodic to most metals it comes in contact with.

I haven't used it in this specific application but I would try a professional grade silicone grease like Dow Corning 111. It's what I've had the most experience with, used to be able to get it for a good price. Waterproof and lasts forever. Really.

... also, in my experience, anti-seize compounds are usually petroleum based and this carrier does not last for corrosion protection. The carrier will drain or wash-out leaving the solids behind (ceramics, soft metals) but that is not going to protect against corrosion.

You might want to look for a durable anti-corrosion product specifically for aluminum. Check with the aircraft maintenance suppliers in your area?

thanks gents

Bel ray sounds good , looking at the PDS. It has aluminum content.

Unfortunately, I missed "and anti seize" in the post title.
The culprit areas are where steel or stainless steel meet meet aluminum, like brake caliper mounting bolts which becomes susceptible to galvanic corrosion

unfortunately those brands are not readily available in the uk and if so, very expensive.
So I just look very equivalent and similar composition to your recommendations \products:)

111 is not a high pressure application grease. It's great for things like O-rings, and blocking water entry. I would not use it as general purpose grease for a motorcycle.

Exactly. I used it mostly where corrosion or plastic / rubber components were of concern. Great for ignition wires, boots, connectors, electrical plugs. I'm not sure what kind of grease he's looking for other than anti-corrosion so I don't think this is an EP application.

We use Lucas HD green on the chain adjustment bolts that are hardened where they thread into the aluminum swing arm with a back up nut

This prevents the dissimilar metal from siezing the bolts in

On the race bikes it's not that big of a issue as we adjust them very frequent but on the play bikes they can definitely cause bolts to be locked up and strip off

the grease is primarily for use as anti seize for nuts or bolts of different material to aluminium frame parts.
Not high pressure application such as suspension pivots

I remember an old website / blog that had anti-sieze test info for stainless or titanium threaded fasteners used on bicycles (I think). He was testing everything he could get his hands on but I can't seem to find it now.

look for a calcium-based grease like Mystik JT-6 in the green tube, reasonably priced and would work fine in this situation.

Bel-Ray seems to be the favorite of motorcycle techs. You’re in the UK and Silkolene, a Fuchs brand should be available.

Else, look for a overbased calcium sulfonate or aluminum complex grease. Eni Autol Top 2000 is a good pick. It’s also sold by Motorex as Grease 2000 for motorbikes and pushbikes(and Shimano sells it as their Dura-Ace grease, the same neon yellow grease they use from the factory).

I chose this one. This should be suitable as anti seize. The US brands are either not available or cost an arm & a leg

Bel-Ray Waterproof Grease is aluminum complex.
