From member car guy from Illinois. I’m guessing it was on a Ford Focus and oil and filter was in for 5,053. He replaced filter with K&N HP-1002 because of threads showing on Motorcraft filters.

It was off of my Fusion, actually. Good guess though, we have a Focus as well (parents car), and it was using an FL-910S until recently.

Looks better than I expected; was half-expecting to see something up with it, based on some of the posts I've seen here about Motorcraft filters. Maybe I got lucky.

The problem motorcrafts are the FL-820 commonly used on the 4.6L. Some have shown torn medias.
 
Looks great. Thanks for posting. The 820's and only 1 500s that I've cut are the problem filters. I'd have no problem using a 910s or a FL1A.
 
If you've got room to run the 400s that is what I would do as the 400 has a much better particle rate than the 910

Where did you find those specs. They are terrible. I expected about 90% for 20 um.
