K&N select SO-2006 C&P

1999 ford ranger with a 5.3l LM7 from a suburban.
when we swapped it 2 years ago the donor had 245k miles on it.
in service 3100 miles with a pre runner race weekend on it/ 20 minutes at 2k rpm with BG EPR.

out/off: BG EPR, 6 quarts Valvoline max life blend 5w-30 with K&N select SO-2006

in/on: 6 quarts Valvoline EP HM 5w-30 with K&N HP-2006 (he already had the filter), from now on it will get carquest premiums as they don’t make an endurance in a FE3675.

filter looks good
