I have been trying to locate this, AAP has it for 4.99/qt, which seems like a good price, but most of the stores have never heard of it or only have 2 or 3 qts, and I'm not gonna drive from one store to another just to find it. Anyone have suggestions? (p.s., anyone ever seen Quaker State synthetic blend lol)

I've never seen Quaker State Synthetic Blend. But you could blend up a batch of Green Bottle with Synthetic Ultimate Durability for a very reasonable price.
Green bottle is on sale, quart bottle at Kmart, for $2.39 a quart and you could buy a jug of Ultimate Durability for $19 and change at Walmart. BTW...Walmart will honor the Kmart Ad price if you bring with you the circular.
Then you could have your own stash of Quaker State Synthetic Blend in 50/50 or 60/40.
Case solved.....

You can find Full Synthetic Motor craft at the dealer but it would probably be at a premium price, try Kendall Full Synthetic that is who makes it for Motor craft.
The only place I have ever seen Quaker State Synthetic Blend is at a Quick oil change facility never have seen it at a store.

quaker had a million different oils a few years back. they had like 12 different blends, each with a different logo but i suspect it was all the same stuff. my local Bi-Lo has all of them still, and still at the same price

The Ford dealer near me sells Motorcraft 5W20 Full Synthetic for over 8 bucks a quart.
