I bought 2 oil filters from RockAuto which are the Motorcraft FL-2062-A and the Protec PXL10050. Both are made by Wix in a Brazil production plant. I did a visual inspection only. Both appear to be the same filter. No further testing was done beyond a visual inspection. Therefore no conclusions were reached if they are the exact same filter however both do appear to be the same filter. Both made by Wix in Brazil.
