So I made a few koscow miles in some vintage copper mugs last night. Very tasty drink and J ised Appalachian Brewinf "ginger beer". Nothing comes close to the taste I think. Real ginger flavor. Anyone else here like the Moscow mule?

Looks like you typed that after a couple of brews...
I enjoy a mule. You could really get down a rabbit hole experimenting with different ginger beers and vodkas.
I'm thinking to make one using Ole Smoky Blue Flame instead of vodka in the near future. Not tonight, maybe this weekend haha.
I've had a few sips of them as my wife had tried some from various places and was unimpressed. It wasn't until we went out with some friends to a better restaurant that I tried one of my own before dinner- tasted very clean, crisp. Just the right hint of ginger. Had a second with the meal... glad I didn't have a third! Very sneaky!

I had both for the first time this past weekend because we had some ginger beer leftover from New Years Eve and wanted to get rid of it. I liked the Dark and Stormy much more than the mule.
You guys need to try Maine Root Ginger Beer. Insanely good and has some chili in it. I am glad to know about this, I have all this ginger beer here and after too many dark and stormys with 151 Black Seal I have lost my taste for that drink.

And now, thanks to this thread, we get to watch these whilst drinking Mocsow Mules. Thanks
