The problem with corn ethanol is every year you have to till the ground which releases carbon. Switchgrass is what was on the plains just needs to be trimmed for harvest.

I think that new Mobil 1 Supercar 5W-50 would be a great oil for that hellcat.
Though in Florida you could run M1 15W-50 without a problem if it doesn't get colder than 50F.

You could easily run 15w40 in that climate. Something A3/B4 (euro) or even go Delo in the engine.

Stick with the Amsoil 0-40 unless you have some reason not to, it's a great stout oil..

Given how close you are to the Demon power levels, I think the spec viscosity (0W-40) is just fine. I wouldn't go out of my way to run Redline, at that price point I'd just go with @High Performance Lubricants, which is what I'm running in my 6.4L.

Well, the internals aren’t modified. Running higher boost on E-85. Obviously don’t care about warranty. I’ve been running Amsoil SS 0W-40.

I live in Central Florida. Doesn’t get too cold. What oil and weight would you recommend?

Simply raising boost. I’d just stick with your current Amsoil.

Haven’t put drag radials on it yet. 1st gear is useless. If I take off in 2nd with my Pirelli PZeros, I can pull a 2.6 0-60 and a 10.2 1/4 mile.

Then not for a very long time !!!

I ran 0W-40 on a 2.0 VW that made 504 hp to the wheels at 32 psi. Having said that I'd be comfortable with a 6.2 making 1000+whp on 0W-40.

I suggest avoiding the low viscosity oils. Simply be aware of your warm up times, and use a robust oil.
