I have a property settlement coming soon and I got the call now.
I've done many over the computer and the documents later mailed.
This new settlement is a mobile one to my house for a Florida sale.. I'm in MD.
Anybody else do this?
Nothing bad but new to me. The settlement company is in Florida.
I wonder what the cost of this is to the buyer since they are paying all fees?
